[OPLINTECH] Bandwidth

All of my libraries with open access points have the ability to limit
bandwidth at the firewall and to prioritize traffic. To date none of
them have had any noticeable problems with bandwidth abuse, but if the
need arises we can enable the traffic shaping options. Perhaps you have
similar options available to you.
