[OPLINTECH] Microsoft Out of Band Patch coming Tonight.

This affects all versions of Internet Explorer. Patch will be released
this evening. 
It is recommended it be applied asap.

IE users, especially Internet Explorer 7 users, are advised to download
today's patch as soon as it becomes available. More information about
this flaw can be found on the Microsoft website, though the company
won't release full details until the fix is out.
