[OPLINTECH] Checklist of Core Technology Skills for Librarians

OPLIN Libraries:

 

I'm working on creating a checklist of core technology skills that library
staff members should be able to fulfill - does anyone know of a place where
I can get my hands on a list just to help in the development of mine?  I
thought I saw something like this from ALA or some other place.  Any help
will be appreciated.
