[OPLINTECH] Upgrading Office 2000 to Office pro 2003

Hi,
We needed to upgrade this past September in order for our new server to work with our Outlook.  Most staff couldn't tell a difference.  It was easy. Office 2000 and Office 2003 look and feel the same.

I'm considering upgrading all staff Office 2000 to Office Pro 2003.

Has anyone done this process and could you give me a heads-up as to what pitfalls I may encounter. Any words of warning?
How easy is this process?
