I have unsuccessfully tried to purchase Adobe products from Techsoup.  I
don't think Ed. Resources will sell Adobe products at discounted prices.
Can anyone tell me if Libraries can purchase Adobe Dreamweaver and other
Adobe products at discounted prices?
