[OPLINTECH] purchasing HP printers at Discount

Hello

We usually purchase our networkable, HP laserjet printers from Staples

Mentor Public Library got a discounted price
on a HP LaserJet P2015DN 

Does your library get a better government discount directly from
HP?  When I looked up the HP Local and State discount
the website quoted the same printer higher but
perhaps some of you are working directly with a salesperson?
