Mary Leffler, Executive Director, Southeast Regional Library System

Mary Leffler is the current Executive Director of SERLS. Her previous jobs
include "tecnology coordinator" for the Herbert Wescoat Memorial Library and
Instructor for Hocking College, where she taught several computer technology
courses including classes on Microsoft Office. 

	

Program Description:
Take Word, add a dash of Excel, garnish it with Outlook or perhaps top it
with PowerPoint for a luscious feast of high quality documents and
presentations! Microsoft often touts the interactive features of Microsoft
Office products, but many users do not take advantage of these features.
This workshop will introduce the "basic cookbook" of Office integration.
Learn easy time saving tips such as how to use your Outlook contacts for
mail merges in Word, how to link an Excel table to a word document and much
more!

This workshop is geared to those who can comfortably use Word and know the
basics of other Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, Excel and
PowerPoint. While this workshop is being presented using Office 2003, users
of several different Office Suites may find the concepts of this course
applicable.
