Please see the message below. Any III libraries doing this? If so,
would you share how this is accomplished?
Thanks,
Tyra

Did you know that you can link your catalog directly to the EBSCO
NoveList database? You can see this feature in action by searching, for
example, Harry Potter in the Clark County Public Library catalog
(http://catalog.ccpl.lib.oh.us/). Many fiction books have links to
NoveList, which in turn gives patrons additional descriptive
information, author web sites, reviews, awards and more for the selected
item.
This same feature can be activated by your library, if it uses Polaris,
SirsiDynix (Sirsi/DRA WEB2 or Sirsi/Unicorn) or III integrated library
systems. Contact your ILS vendor directly to activate this feature.
In addition, the reverse is also possible; EBSCO can link items in
NoveList back to your catalog, at no charge. If you are interested in
setting this up for your catalog, please contact EBSCO Publishing
Technical Support at http://support.ebscohost.com/contact/askus.php .
