[OPLINTECH] public software foundation

I came across the public software foundation
http://publicsoftwarefoundation.org a few days ago. 
They are trying to get Free and Open Source Software on library shelves.
They provide discs that just have to be cataloged and put out on the
shelves. The plus side to this type of software is a patron can install
it, copy it, give it to their friends, etc without committing a
copyright violation or breaking a license agreement.
