[OPLINTECH] new database and remote authentication

Bobbi and all:

We here at Washington County Public Library want to offer remote access for a new database we are subscribing to, that being Global Road Warrior.

Can you host the remote authentication for us?  

What do we need to do?

Also, still haven't heard if there is a resolution on our other database problem, wherein Newsbank images won't load for remote users.  I talked to the vendor, who said she was going to get back to you at OPLIN with a possible fix.  This was Monday or Tuesday, I believe.  Any further word?
