[OPLINTECH] Chat tools for staff

Hello

Do any of you use an established chat tool for staff?
We could get on facebook or access multiple IM signons with
MEEBO but we would be adding to our external band width usage which
is already too high.

I have read about an internal light-weight chat program:

Is anyone using this or something like this?
