[OPLINTECH] MS Security Essentials

Hey Eric:

I put it on a few computers for friends and family, and it works pretty
well. It is very lightweight, and updates are tied in via Windows Update.
The interface is pretty simple, and does a good job I think in nit
unnecessarily confusing its users. I do know it has Microsoft's Cloud
scanning technology which can help it find stuff definitions haven't been
written for by query Microsoft Servers like the SmartScreen Filter in
Internet Explorer 8

Overall, I think it's a good product, and ya can't beat the price.

Just curious if anyone took MS up on their free Security Essentials that Jim
Kenzig posted to the list back in Sept when they released it?

If so, how effective has it been? How easy is it to update?

Thanks,
