[OPLINTECH] Cassie Printing Issue

Hello all,

Last week I put out a request asking advise of anyone who uses the Cassie
system from Librarica concerning a slow printing issue we encountered
during our setup period.  I just wanted to let everyone know that the
problem was caused by a defective network minnie hub used at the print
release station.  Once it was replaced the printing throughput worked
liked a charm - very speedy.  I also want to mention that the Cassie
system was NOT part of the problem, in fact, Cassie is an excellent and
dependable product that does a lot and is well supported by it's tech
team.  I recommend it!
