[OPLINTECH] Publisher to PDF equals problems?

Hello colleagues,

Can someone explain to me where we've gone wrong?

I have a document my director composed in Publisher.
We converted it to a .PDF using CutePDFWriter and posted it to our 
website here

But the calendar on page 3, which was quite readable in Publisher, is 
now blacked out.

I'm not familiar with Publisher and have only minimal experience at 
converting to .PDFs, so any suggestions would be welcome.
