[OPLINTECH] GCPL: Electronic Message Board options

I checked the list from last May and the only recommendation I saw for Electronic Message Board software was The Potomac.
I think the thread may have branched off and I thought that there were other alternatives.
Anyway if you have PC-based (not electronic sign boards) message systems could you explain what hardware and software you use?
