Yeah, I am in total agreement with you Chad on the blown capacitors in
regards to Dell being a victim as well. I don't (and won't) hold it against
them.
Like I mentioned in an earlier part of the thread, we have only had a
handful of these out of 18 or so used by staff over the last 3-4 years and
Dell was very prompt about replacing those that did pop. I personally feel
that their customer service stance on this was spot on, but I know others
where not as happy with the scenario.
