Hi Cindy
We use the print templates from Millennium
Once you get it going, it works great and there is
no extra cost and you make the changes you need using
the free interface called iReport.
We print to thermal Zebra printers from Bayscan Technologies

Not sure what the cost was, but we use Bartender here at Holmes Co.
Seems to play well with Horizon, but I'm pretty sure it will work with other ILS software as well.
