Gail,
We have used Boothbox kiosk for years here at Holmes Co. to power our
in-house OPACs It is a little outdated at this point, but it still works
for us.

Perhaps it will give you an idea of what can be done along the lines of a
kiosk OPAC. I am looking to update this sometime early summer.
Giving some thought to creating my own from scratch as well.
