Hi Matt and Frank,
We switched to AVG in October, after unsatisfactory results with CA.
(Sophos worked well for us for several years, but their cost became
prohibitive for us,
which is when we went to CA)
I very much do NOT recommend CA - the product or their tech support.
Feel free to
call or email me if you'd like particulars.
AVG seems to be performing well, but again, their customer support is
somewhat
less than optimal. We purchased the product through Walling Data Systems of
North Carolina (see http://www.avgantivirus.com/discounts/ for contact
information
and a discount application form) and the price was good. Support,
however, has not
been extremely responsive when we called the toll-free line, nor have
they always given
us correct and complete information.
Again, you can call or email me directly if you'd like specifics.
