[OPLINTECH] #ARRA grant guidance

NTIA has published an 84-page "PCC Grant Guidance" pdf document at 
http://www.broadbandusa.gov/files/PCC%20Grant%20Guidance%202.11.10%201500%20FINAL.pdf 
for libraries wishing to apply for a Public Computing Center ARRA grant.

Please note the section labeled "Other Applications" on the 26th page of 
the document. It looks like this will be the mechanism by which 
individual library applications are "bundled" with the applications from 
Connect Ohio (for training/support/PR) and from the State Library (for 
computers for public libraries). My guess at this point is that some 
standard text will be drafted for everyone to use in this section, and a 
list of all Easygrant ID numbers and Project Titles will be collected 
and distributed to all applicants. Stay tuned.
