Don't take this as gospel, but I plan to insert a simple table:
Branch    Public PC   Laptop    OPAC   Staff   2010 Total    2011 Projected   2012 Projected

Just my 2 cents.

If you want a more detailed inventory you might consider running something like Spiceworks or the tool that's on TechSoup they used for the Gates grants.

Hi All

I am currently rewriting our library's technology plan from 2004.
Two questions:
How specific do I need to be on specifications (ie manufacturer, model
number, processor, ram, etc)?
Do I need to include every piece of tech like receipt printers, barcode
scanners, digital picture frames and anything else that plugs into the
wall or a PC?
