[OPLINTECH] Local History Content Software

I did a test install of http://omeka.org/ once for a personal project and it
seemed pretty nice.  I ended up not finishing the project, but it wasn't the
fault of the software.  Omeka is relatively newer.  It's free and GPL
licensed which is nice.
