[OPLINTECH] Server 2008/Windows 7 documentation

Microsoft has really beefed up their technical resources and free
training videos etc with Server 2008 and Windows 7.  Have you been to
the resource sites lately?

Can anyone refer me so good reference books regarding Windows server
2008 and Windows 7?  In the past, I used Microsoft press books but they
were almost set up for lab type scenarios which  is OK but I was looking
for other material as well.  Let me what other's use out in the tech
world regarding these topics?
