[OPLINTECH] PC Reliance expanded mode and Windows 7 64 bit

I have PC Reliance v.2.5 installed and working on 4 Windows 7 64 Bit
circulation computers in the library.  I have installed the expanded mode on
a new Windows 7 64 bit laptop but can't get the ODBC database connection
configured.

Does anyone know how to configure PC Reliance to work in expanded mode on a
Windows 7 64 bit computer?
