[OPLINTECH] SteadyState - no Win7

I'll miss SteadyState not so much for the Disk Protection capability
but as a tool for quickly configuring user privileges and security
settings. In a standalone environment, it was pretty sweet being able to
choose and check/uncheck those settings you wanted on a per-user basis
rather than wading through applications, user profiles, and The
Registry. -- JG
