We bought some PCs last year and I went to a local computer store and he 
took specs and bought kits and built them for us.
With the Windows licenses the price was only $389 each. We got exactly what 
we wanted with no extra trash programs from HP or Dell to bog down 
performance.
Also it helped support a local business.
