[OPLINTECH] Legality of giving away digital copies?

I would NOT give these away.
Check out the terms of use for Warner Bros:
http://digitalcopy.warnerbros.com/support/terms.aspx
"you may not: i.Sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense or otherwise assign any right to the Digital Content to any third party..." I've seen similar language for other studios.
We have midwest remove the digital copies for our titles altogether. They aren't of any use. I think you need to use the Blu-Ray to redeem the digital copy anyway.
