One issue we ran into on the day of our switch is that TW was not
aware of the existence of our state-provided T1 line, and so they
inadvertently disrupted it.  They fixed it again in a few minutes once
they realized what the deal was, but alerting them to the situation in
advance might have allowed the disruption to be avoided altogether.
