[OPLINTECH] Congrats to Williams County Public Library

OPLIN is pleased to announce that the new website of Williams County 
Public Library, a client of the Dynamic Website Kit service, is now up 
and running!  You can check it out at

They also added in their obituaries database, which was converted to 
work with their new Web Kit.  You can see it at

What did Williams County Public Library get? To name just a few things, 
they got a site that:

    * Is more *professional-looking *than their old one;
    * **Is ***easier to manage* and doesn't require a tech just to add
      new content;
    * Meets current *standards for mobile and handicapped* accessibility;*
      *
    * Presents their library to their community as a*strong, credible
      institution;*
    * *Was still **within the budget *of even a small library, even with
      the budget crunch.  (Yes, really!)

We currently have a waiting list of libraries that are replacing their
