[OPLINTECH] Mango Authentication

All,
I'm getting some reports this morning of people getting "Page cannot be displayed" when going to http://ohioweblibrary.org/mango.

Both of these users are..

-inside the library (in 66.213 space)
-using IE9

I've got other users with the same properties who don't have an issue. Is anyone else out there getting "Page cannot be displayed"? Can most of you access the url from inside the library using IE9 without issue?

Just trying to figure out what I'm dealing with.
