[OPLINTECH] Turn off 'Similar Facebook Pages'

Dear Ohio Techies,

 

Does anyone know how to turn off "Similar Facebook Pages?"

Our library has a FB page and we have designated it as a Library.  Many
non-library pages seem to have done the same, and are inappropriate
suggestions that we can't seem to control.
