[OPLINTECH] patron requests Gimp software on public PCs

I don't add software or drivers to our public PCs on request. If I did,
I'd be doing that all day long. I did put the GIMP on all of our public
PCs. It's a capable program comparable to Photoshop and I've used it
myself with satisfaction. I don't know how much use it gets, however, as
probably most public users have no idea what it is but it's there if
powerful graphics editing is needed! -- JG
