[OPLINTECH] what is too much?

Is a 7MB file too big a file to expect patrons to wait for it
download? One can get jaded in library environments or with 4G phones.
Anyone offer on their site a program guide that is 6MB or more in
size? Our last guide was a relatively lean 1.5MB. Trying to be fair
given not all access is speedy. Thanks.
