[OPLINTECH] Older barcode scanners

We have available some older barcode scanners which are no longer
appropriate for our needs, but still functional.

Opticon 1120/1125 with keyboard wedge cables (AT or PS/2)   Free to
libraries on Cargo.  These are 2.3" wide CCD style scanners.
