[OPLINTECH] ADP paystub fails to appear

We have had similar problems. The work around that usually works for us is to use firefox to save the PDF file to the computer then open it. For some reason the integration of acrobat reader with internet explorer seems to not work as well. If it requires to use internet explorer, try to download the file then open it directly in acrobat reader. If this doesn't work, I usually tell the patron to ask their employer for assistance with it.

ADP payroll stub PDFs not appearing on our public patron workstations
for patrons to print:
Windows 7, current Adobe, PCReservation 4, CleanSlate 6.5. All up to
date. Other sites with PDFs OK.
Doesn't work with Chrome or Foxit, either.
Fix so far is to login as Windows administrator, turn off PCReservation,
turn off CleanSlate then able to generate and print payroll PDF stub.
Not good.
Anyone with same/similar issue?
