[OPLINTECH] Cisco Router Question

It's been far too long since I configured a cisco router, so can't speak to
that. However, I use winscp for scp, ftp, ftps transfers. Works very well
and is open source. Familiar Windows file manager interface.
If you locate your target file on the router, you can right-click the file
and select "edit" to edit it right there.
