[OPLINTECH] For your consideration ~ Bulk Rename Utility

  A digital camera is used to 'scan' will's, map's, court documents, etc.
The files are named sequentially per the camera setup such as IMG_6964.JPG
The first number being the next in line.

The camera setup could be changed but this Bulk Rename program also easily 
changes file names.
It has a bunch of options and preview mode as a safeguard.

We can easily change the names of a series starting at maybe IMG_6964.JPG to 
maybe dcm1069_001.jpg, etc.
