[OPLINTECH] Intranet/Extranet

I am looking into creating a staff Intranet/Extranet (announcements, 
memos, forms, etc.).  I would like the staff to have access from home as 
well, hence the extranet, but I will be okay with only an intranet.   I 
know SharePoint is an option, but I was wondering if anyone has done 
this with another product and how well those products have worked.
