[OPLINTECH] Evergreen Conference Newsletter

278 members of the Evergreen community attended the conference held at the 
Indiana State Library.
Attendees were from Mexico, Finland, the Netherlands, Canada, Wales, and the 
U.S. (a handful from Ohio).
