We have also used both CASSIE and SPOT for a good while now and have been
EXTREMELY happy with them.  Their customer service is top-notch and once
installation is complete, there is nothing more needed.  The system runs
itself.

We have used the CASSIE system by Librarica for several years and are quite
pleased with it. The system is affordable, easy to install and maintain, and
intuitive to use - even for total novices. Tech support is extremely
responsive to requests for enhancements and exceptional at troubleshooting
issues when they arise. When we added laptops to our network, we were able
to add additional licenses with no trouble.

You can call them at 1-888-80-CASSIE or visit the website
(http://librarica.com/) for a fully-functional trial. They will work with
you until you are satisfied before you actually commit to buying. In our
case & due to circumstances beyond our control, it ended up being an
extended trial, and they actually developed an enhancement to authenticate
to our specifications while we were still using the demo.

There's also a separate system, called SPOT, which you can install if you
have a lot of people bringing in their own laptops who want to print to your
network.
