[OPLINTECH] Oxford Reference October statistics

You may have noticed that the October usage statistics for Oxford Reference Online have not been posted yet at http://oplin.org/statistics, and may be wondering why.

As you know, Oxford Reference began transitioning to a new website in September. Since then, users accessing Oxford Reference (http://ohioweblibrary.org/oxford) have been given the choice of using the new site or flipping back to the old site. (This choice will go away after December 12.)

The Oxford Reference support team now thinks that usage statistics are inaccurate for October because they are split between the old site and the new site. They are working to find a solution, but it's possible we may never get accurate October usage statistics from them.

If they are able to solve the problem and provide accurate statistics, we will post them ASAP on the http://oplin.org/statistics website.
