Subject: [OPLINTECH] Wireless after hours.
Hi everyone,
How many libraries allow wireless access to the internet,
using the library's equipment from outside the building after closing hours?
Any thoughts on the pros and cons of giving this service to the public after
hours compare to security issues or hacking or even downloading of files
through a library network when no one is at the building? At this moment I
have our wireless access points set to disable internet access after hours,
but I was curious and wanted to post this question to the list serve.
Thanks in advance for any replies. J
