[OPLINTECH] Traffic Shaping

For our wi-fi network I use Untangle (www.untangle.com/). I use the
Application Control Lite app to block P2P. The free version has
additional apps. The advanced networking can also do QoS/traffic shaping
but I don't use it.
On our public PCs, users can do anything they want as long as it doesn't
require an admin password.
