[OPLINTECH] Charging station for laptop / ipod / etc.

Interesting concept. I don't know that I would use such a service, myself.
It just seems like a convenient place to go "shopping" for a used
electronic device with a five-fingered discount, for those individuals so
inclined to do so!

As an alternative, some of the libraries I work with have provided
convenient electric outlets at their laptop bars and other areas people
often sit while using their devices. The patrons, of course, still need to
bring their own chargers. I suppose the libraries could maybe keep some
generic USB chargers and maybe some other more common charger types at the
desk that patrons could check-out for in-library use.

Since charging a device typically takes more than a few minutes, letting
the patron check out the charger from the desk and take it to where THEY
want to be within the library seems a little safer for the patron than
leaving their expensive device in a specific location in the library, where
the patron is likely to leave it unattended for at least a few minutes
while they....?....run to the restroom/chat with a friend/....?
