[OPLINTECH] Charging station for laptop / ipod / etc.

I have some info I got last year for a courtesy charger I saw at the 3 legged mare in the arena district in Columbus.
Below is the e-mail I received about them. I thought they might be useful in a library for patrons to use.

If yes, what kind of setup is it?
