[OPLINTECH] DHCP Log Analysis?

We would like to capture stats regarding use of our public Wi-Fi access: 
unique users per day, etc.

It seems to me one possible way to gather stats would be analysis of our 
Windows DHCP logs. Is this something others have done and, if so, is 
there a source for the analysis software? (I'm no programmer.)
