[OPLINTECH] Web development question

There are several websites devoted to contract programming.
http://www.elance.com is one of them, I believe.

While I haven't personally used contract programmers, I know a very
intelligent programmer that several years ago started using one of the
sites to contract out some of his work. At the time he had said that he
initially double-checked all the contracted work and found it to be very
timely and very good. In some cases, he said the work was contracted late
in the day, completed overnight, and ready by morning...thanks to the
nature of the planet and Internet.

ymmv, but thought I'd mention it.
