[OPLINTECH] eNewsletters

Hello,

Coshocton Library is interested in sending out eNewsletters to patrons.  I
understand that ISPs don't like it if their customers don't have the
ability to opt in or opt out.  From what I understand, that is the issue
that SEO is running into because Internet providers are limiting their
email if a customer marks it as spam.

If you are sending eNewsletters, how are you doing it?  Are you just
sending an email attachment to patrons that request it?  Do you use a
service like Mail Chimp?

Please let us know how you are accomplishing this.
