[OPLINTECH] Limiting WiFi after hours

The question was raised as  to why we wish to limit wifi access.
Our approach has been that if folks want to sit in the parking lot or 
even the picnic tables behind the library, no problem.
But we are experiencing an increasing population using the wifi 
throughout the night while sitting on the front steps of the library.
Other patrons who wish to use the book return have expressed concern for 
their safety.  Moving the book drop is not an option.
Are there other solutions?
