[OPLINTECH] Recommendations for Public Internet computers

Looking for some recommendations.  We need to replace 7 public computers this year.  Four computers in our Children's department and three computers in our Teen area.  For the most part, these computers are used to browse the Internet, play Internet games and do homework.  With that said, what speed processor and amount of memory would you suggest?  They will be running Windows 7 Pro.
